Seasonal - Cultural Mediation

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming visitors to the Art Center: selling tickets and explaining maps, answering calls, selling books and stationery;

- Leading guided tours;
- Assisting with administrative tasks;
- Providing information and guidance for temporary exhibitions in the galleries;
- Restocking the bookstore: books, stationery, bags, toys, water bottles, etc.;
- Contributing to the development and success of the project and organized cultural events.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations at the Villa La Coste and Auberge La Coste hotels.

Reservations Management
1. Respond to reservation inquiries by phone, email, or via the website, providing all necessary information regarding services and availability.

2. Enter, track, and confirm reservations in the management system, ensuring the accuracy of details (dates, room type, number of guests, additional services).

3. Update and cancel reservations according to hotel policies.

4. Greet and address special requests from guests to guarantee a personalized experience (dietary requirements, specific accommodation requests, etc.).

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the cleaning and routine maintenance of the premises and annexes, surfaces, and potentially equipment.

- Participate in manual and/or mechanized cleaning services.
- Carry out minor preventative maintenance necessary for the longevity of equipment (faucets, handles, waste bins, hose reels, dispensers).
- Use all equipment provided with great care, respecting current safety standards (cart, floor scrubber, floor scrubber, trolleys).
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager and Management.

Bursar

As part of their duties, the Bursar manages the commissary dedicated to four restaurants and an events service in the hotel and restaurant sector and its various departments.

Working closely with department heads, he/she is responsible for receiving, storing, distributing, and monitoring supplies in accordance with health and safety standards.
With a certain degree of autonomy, the Bursar is an essential link in the internal logistics chain.

Main tasks:
- Organize the reception and quality control of products (food, beverages, hospitality products, consumables, equipment).
- Manage and optimize storage space in accordance with hygiene (HACCP), safety, and stock rotation (FIFO) rules.
- Ensure the distribution of products to the various internal departments. - Participate in monthly inventories.

You will oversee the reception and stay of our guests, with the ultimate goal of ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
