Two options are available to suit your interests: wine workshops and an introduction to wine tasting and its aromas and flavours.

WINE TASTING AND WINE PAIRINGS

A tasting featuring 4 wines from the estate, paired with your choice of either chocolate or cheese.

Duration: 90 minutes
Schedule: Saturday at 6:00 PM
Price: €45/person – open to all adults

You will discover:

  • The history of the estate
  • Our way of working in organic and biodynamic agriculture
  • The 4 selected wines
  • The principles of wine and food pairing with chocolate or cheese

WORKSHOP - WINE TASTING

Learn how to taste wine through a blind tasting experience.

Duration: 2 hours
Schedule: Wednesday at 10:00 AM
Price: €75/person – open to all adults

  • How to properly open a bottle

  • How to choose the right glass – and why it matters
