Job description
Your duties will include:
- Managing and supervising all front-of-house operations within the Tadao Ando restaurant
- Leading, training, and motivating the team to ensure smooth and high-quality service
- Guaranteeing an outstanding guest experience
- Ensuring compliance with service, presentation, and professionalism standards
- Coordinating with the kitchen, the sommelier, and management
- Contributing to the organization and daily optimization of service operations
Additional details
The Tadao Ando restaurant is open daily for lunch only – daytime service exclusively.
Weekend and public holiday work may be required.
