All our pizzas are made from fresh and organic products, homemade, then cooked in our wood-fired ovens.
Our chef makes his own yeast and lets the pizza dough ferment for a minimum of 24 hours in the respect of the Italian tradition.

A new restaurant is opening at Château La Coste, located in the heart of the estate, opposite La Terrasse and the Caveau de Vente, it will occupy a central place in the former outbuilding of La Bastide dating from 1682.
The interior decoration is minimalist and uncluttered, in order to focus attention on the dishes, the cuisine and the chefs' know-how.
The terrace decorated with a wrought iron balustrade enhances the ideal location of this new restaurant, between the cellar and the gardens, in the shade of hundred-year-old chestnut trees.
Take a seat in the dining room to enjoy the fireplace.
