Inspired by this generous terroir, Château La Coste takes the utmost care of the soil and the natural surroundings by opting for an organic wine-making process, applying biodynamic principles and prioritising quality over quantity.
Its wines are an authentic example of the French art de vivre, produced with the utmost respect for the natural world and the rhythm of its seasons and with a real sense of humility. Over time, these wines mature to express the terroir’s full potential.
In 2009, Château La Coste’s wines were given the “Organic Farming” label, a label which acknowledges a profound respect for the land and farming methods which are in perfect harmony with nature. The entire vineyard, spanning some 125 hectares, has been organic since 20.
