Restaurant Floor Manager
Job description
Your duties will include:
- Managing and supervising all front-of-house operations within the Francis Mallmann restaurant
- Leading, training, and motivating the team to ensure smooth and high-quality service;
- Guaranteeing an outstanding guest experience, in line with the philosophy of the estate;
- Ensuring compliance with service, presentation, and professionalism standards;
- Working closely with the kitchen team, the sommelier, and management;
- Contributing to the organization and daily optimization of service operations.
Additional details
The Francis Mallmann restaurant welcomes a demanding clientele within the Château La Coste estate.
Weekend and public holiday work may be required.
