For some years now, the chef has been building up an international reputation thanks to his fire cooking. 

As one of Argentina's most emblematic chefs, Francis Mallmann, has opened a lot of restaurants in Argentina since the beginning of his career like Patagonia Sur in Buenos Aires and 1884 Restaurant in Mendoza. 

In 2017, the famous culinary author opened his first adn only restaurant in Europe : Francis Mallmann en Provence. This restaurant evokes a chic hacienda with a black and white decor. This place is about hospitality and conviviality.

Respectful of each product, Francis Mallmann regularly travels to Provence in order to offer a cuisine of character. The Francis Mallman's cuisine respects the cooking time and it's based on him 7 methods of cooking with fire :
