Hélène Darroze à Villa La Coste is inviting Chateau Pédesclaux and Chateau d'Issan to enhance her cuisine with a wine and food pairing dinner.
These Médoc estates in the Pauillac and Margaux Grand Cru Classé 1855 appellations will both be tasted simultaneously during the evening
We will begin at 7.15pm with a welcome aperitif attended by the directors of the estates, who will be delighted to share their secrets about these prestigious red wines.
