Do you know L'Italien ? The Italian restaurant in Château La Coste that makes handmade pasta and pizzas from fresh, organic produce in the traditional Italian way?

For evenings with friends, aperitifs with the family, the restaurant Vanina has designed its signature cocktail, a fresh and summery cocktail : Négroni.

 

LE NÉGRONI :

Ingredients - for one person

  • 3 cl Gin
  • 3 cl Cinzano Rosso
  • 3 cl Campari 14
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 orange slice (for garnish)

Preparation

  • Fill a tumbler glass with ice cubes.
  • In a shaker or directly in the glass, pour the Gin, Cinzano Rosso, and Campari 14.
  • Stir gently with a cocktail spoon for about 15 seconds to chill and blend the flavors.

Service

  • Add a slice of orange on the rim or into the glass to enhance the aromas.
  • Serve immediately, well chilled.
